Jake took this cow elk with TLO and a OTC Arizona "Any Elk" tag.
Jake was tired of not getting drawn in the regular AZ lottery draw and wanted to hunt with his own tag! not to mention he wanted a freezer full of meat and didn't want to waste his bonus points so he just bought an OTC tag and we got it done! Congrats Jake!
