This is Dean with his Over the counter elk he took with TLO in January with his friend Steve. Dean and Steve who were looking for a fun hunt and some cow elk to fill their freezers found it was a good time of year for them to hunt because of their jobs and they didnt have to mess with the draw. They both filled their tags and we are looking forward to their hunt next year
