Special Notes: Prices do not include license and tag fees. As always rut hunts and your physical abilities will improve your trophy opportunities. TLO guides a handful of elk hunters each year. In a decade of business TLO has had only two general rifle bull hunters and one archery bull hunter who did not fill their tags. All three had ample opportunities to do so, and either missed, chose to pass, or both.
